(Part Two of my conversation with my dad will post tomorrow! Thank you so much for your response to the last few posts!)
One of the hardest things for me to forgive in myself is that I haven't always been a great teammate. It's something I still struggle with for various reasons, but mostly because I don't have great examples of what it looks like in a real life. Recently, I've had to challenge myself to show up for others in a way that doesn't feel entirely comfortable, and it's been...a lot. On the last post I asked you all about who you have on your team, but today I want to ask what does it look like when YOU show up for your team? And if you have the experience, what does it look like to show up for an incarcerated team member?
Looking forward to your comments and thoughts!
